Cancellation Request Process

Important Notice:

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing, either by email (jagnishtours@gmail.com) or through official messaging platforms like WhatsApp (+91 7230001706).

Token/Booking Amount

Non-Refundable Policy:

The token/booking amount you pay to reserve your spot is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Charges by Timeline

15+ Days Before Travel:

Cancellation charges will apply ranging between 25% to 50% of the total package cost, depending on the notice period and the type of package.

Within 15 Days or No-Show:

100% of the package amount will be charged. No refund will be given in such cases.

Factors Affecting Cancellation Charges:

  • • Type of package (domestic/international)
  • • Supplier policies for hotels, flights, and activities
  • • Peak season vs. off-season timing
No Refund for Unused Services

Important Policy:

No refund will be provided for any unused or missed services during your trip.

This includes but is not limited to:

Transportation:
  • • Flight tickets
  • • Train tickets
  • • Bus transfers
  • • Local transportation
Accommodations & Services:
  • • Hotel stays
  • • Meals and dining
  • • Sightseeing activities
  • • Permits and entry fees
Refund Processing Timeline

Processing Time:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be transferred to your original payment method used during booking (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card, etc.).

Processing Note:

The 15 working days timeline starts from the date we receive and approve your written cancellation request, not from the original travel date.

Force Majeure Clause

No Refund Policy:

JagNish Tours will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Natural Disasters:

  • • Extreme weather conditions
  • • Cyclones and storms
  • • Landslides and avalanches
Human-Caused Events:
  • • Government restrictions
  • • Strikes and labor disputes
  • • Lockdowns and curfews
  • • Political unrest
Advance Payment Requirements

Payment Deadline Policy:

If 50% of the total package cost is not paid in advance before the specified deadline, JagNish Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking without prior notice, and no refund will be issued.

Why Advance Payment is Required:

  • • To secure bookings with hotels, airlines, and service providers
  • • To guarantee availability during peak seasons
  • • To cover non-refundable supplier commitments
  • • To ensure serious commitment from travelers

Payment Schedule:

Your payment deadline will be clearly mentioned in your booking confirmation. We recommend paying as early as possible to avoid last-minute issues.

Cancellation Due to Inappropriate Behavior

Immediate Cancellation Policy:

If any traveler behaves inappropriately, breaks the law, or acts violently, JagNish Tours can cancel all services immediately without giving any refund.

Unacceptable Behaviors Include:

Legal Violations:
  • • Breaking local or national laws
  • • Possession of illegal substances
  • • Harassment or discrimination
  • • Damage to property
Disruptive Conduct:
  • • Violence or threats
  • • Disrespectful behavior
  • • Endangering other travelers
  • • Ignoring guide instructions

Additional Consequences:

  • • Immediate removal from tour group without refund
  • • Responsibility for your own return transportation
  • • Potential legal action if laws are broken
  • • Liability for any damages caused to property or others
